| In the menu, select “Active Orders”, the red rectangle in the picture.

The default screen shows “Processing” orders, you can tap on “Ready” or “Completed” tab, the red rectangle at the bottom. Android is slightly different from iOS, Android is on top, and there is no icon.

| The Ready page is somewhat different and will show the “output” pending items that are ready for pick up. The red circle in the above picture shows a total of 15 outputs, including blueprint, plate, and film, if there’s any.

When you check it, you can tap the “Monthly” button, the red rectangle above. If you are not a monthly account customer, this button will become “cash”. Once tapped, x5 will be print the receipt/ invoice. |

| The “Tracking” function works on all 3 pages. Tap the file you want to view, iOS uses swipe from right to left, the “View” option will be shown, tap on it. Or the other hand, Android uses a long press and an icon will appear on the top of the page.

The details of the order will appear on the next screen. |

| The “Items” page will show all the file names of the same Order, double-tap the file name you want to view.

The Timeline page appears, showing the time in which x5 handles this Order. |
