What’s X5 App
X5 Mobile App is developed based on our X5 Desktop. Our technical team created this app for our customer to place orders and keep tracking the order status. The app also alerts customers when their order is completed.
1. MAKE / MODIFY ORDERS
Customer can initiate an order using X5 Mobile. Make any changes through the App anytime.
2. ORDER CHECKING
Keep track of the order status. The App will notify customer if the order status has changed.
3. AUTO RIPPING
Our system will rip the incoming files automatically. Adding a unique QR Code and job number to make tracking easy.
4. RESPONSIVE MESSAGE
X5 mobile keeps updating our customer about their order once the order has been initiated.
5. ASSIGNING PRIORITY
X5 will give priority to jobs and sort accordingly. It helps giving a better handling in overall operations.
6. JOB FINISHED NOTIFICATION
When the order is completed, the App will notify customer their product is ready for pick up or shipment.

02. Register a New Account
Follow the instructions in our Tutorial section and register your new account using our X5 Mobile App.
03. Print Your File to Our Printer
Finish your job and print it directly to our cloud printer. Follow the instruction in our Tutorial section if you need any help.
04. Place an Order in the App
Start to place an order in the new X5 Mobile App. You have different options to choose letting us know how should we handle your order.
