x5 Registration

x3/x5 existing users can use x5 Apps for free without registration, If you:

  • currently an x3 user who wants to upgrade to an x5 Apps user
  • currently an x5 web user, want to use x5 Mobile and Cloud Disk

New User Registration

New users can register themselves using the x5 Mobile. Please download Android or iOS Apps first and follow the steps below to register:

When you launch the x5 Mobile for the first time, you should allow it to receive instant messaging, because the x5 will send an instant message to communicate with you when needed. Press Allow (red circle in the picture).

 

Next, the “User Login” screen is displayed. Please press “Register” (the red circle position in the figure) to register.

This is the completed data template. Please note the login password must use a string of 8 alphanumerics or more.

 

After confirming the completed information, please press the icon in the upper right corner, the red circle in the picture.
Registration is successful, press “OK”! The screen will stay in the “Activate Account”, waiting for you to enter the activation code, please check your email.

 

This is an example of an activation code email. Enter the activation code, then press the leftmost icon on the top right, the red circle in the picture.

 

Activation is successful! You can now login using the user profile you just registered.
