- currently an x3 user who wants to upgrade to an x5 Apps user
- currently an x5 web user, want to use x5 Mobile and Cloud Disk

New User Registration
New users can register themselves using the x5 Mobile. Please download Android or iOS Apps first and follow the steps below to register:

| When you launch the x5 Mobile for the first time, you should allow it to receive instant messaging, because the x5 will send an instant message to communicate with you when needed. Press Allow (red circle in the picture).

Next, the “User Login” screen is displayed. Please press “Register” (the red circle position in the figure) to register. |
