In 2018 we re-developed our online system x5 Desktop (an upgraded version of x3) for our customers to track their orders . The system runs on most popular desktop browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox. Our customers can use x5 to:

• place an order
• modify order content
• track the progress of the order

x5 will supersede x3 with an easier-to-use tool for our customers. To do this, we developed a mobile version of x5 for Android phones/tablets and Apple iPhone/iPad. x5 Mobile allows users to use their mobile device to:

• track the status of your order
• receive instant messages when the order status changes
• view the process timeline of existing or completed orders
• Our system will automatically:
  • check the manuscrip
  • prioritization jobs
  • notify each party when the order status changes
  • send instant message when the order is ready

In order to provide better service quality, x5 is also used by our employees. We use x5 together with our customers to closely monitor the progress of orders!

In addition, Cloud Drive provides a storage space for:

• customer artworks in printed files format
• CIP3 files for print machines
• VPS files for virtual-proofing
• 1-Bit TIFF files associated with the order, kept for re-output when needed
• software tools required for the x5 system
